DO YOU REQUIRE MINIMUM RENTALS?


YES. Friday & Saturday 3 hour mininum, Sunday TO Thursday 2 hour mininum.




IS THERE A REQUIRED DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING A BUS?


YES, 50% NON Refundable deposit Payment




HOW DOES THE BOOKING DEPOSIT WORK?


YOUR BOOKING DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR RENTAL FEE. FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOUR RENTAL TOTAL IS $500 AND YOU PAID $250 DEPOSIT, YOUR BALANCE DUE IS $250.




IS THERE A FUEL CHARGE?


ALL RATES INCLUDE STANDARD FUEL CHARGE. IT COVERS YOU WITHIN 25 MILE RADIUS FROM DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE AREA THERE IS ADDITIONAL FUEL COST.




DO RATES INCLUDE GRATUITY FOR THE DRIVER?


NO. OUR RATES INCLUDE ALL OTHER FEES, BUT NOT GRATUITY. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR DRIVER! 20% TIP IS RECOMMENDED.




HOW MANY STOPS CAN YOU MAKE ?


WHEN YOU BOOK OUR MULTI HOUR SERVICE , YOU ARE WELCOME TO MAKE AS MANY STOPS AS NEEDED. (EXCEPT TO OUR ONE WAY & ROUNDTRIP SERVICES, *ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY* )
